Dr. Augustina Kwesie Osabutey is an environmental engineer, author, educator, and clean water advocate. Through the Little Guardians Series, environmental literacy programs, and youth development initiatives, she connects scientific knowledge with storytelling to empower children, families, and communities.

Dr. Augustina Osabutey is the founder of Teen Lead Foundation, a nonprofit organization that advances environmental literacy, leadership, and youth empowerment across the United States and Ghana. Programs include Little Guardians: Earth Explorers Initiative, environmental sustainability workshops, leadership mentoring, and entrepreneurship training.

With a background in water and wastewater treatment, environmental compliance, and ecological restoration, Dr. Augustina advocates for sustainable water management and environmental education.
